Publishmythesis.com (The Publisher) agrees to pay an annual royalty of
twenty percent (20%) commission on revenue generated by advertising programs
chosen by The Publisher on Publishmythesis.com. The Publisher also
agrees to pay fifty percent (50%) royalties annually from the sale each
PDF thesis or dissertation sold on Publishmythesis.com that you (The
Author) sell from our shopping cart and uploading pages. Again, all royalties
are paid annually in the last calendar month of each year. (December) All
royalties paid in US dollars only by paper check annually.
I represent and warrant to Publishmythesis.com the thesis or dissertation
attached is my own work. I do not infringe or violate the rights of anyone
else and I am the sole owner to the rights of this work. Furthermore,
I understand that it is my sole responsibility to obtain any copyright permission
necessary to publish my thesis or dissertation.
I hereby grant Publishmythesis.com., a non-exclusive right to reproduce
and distribute, in whole or in part my academic work indicated on the submission
form and in hard copy on this Non-Exclusive Publishing Agreement. I
agree that either party may terminate this agreement for any reason by giving
90 days notice in writing, in which case Publishmythesis.com will remove
your thesis from The Publishers website.
I agree it is my responsibility to notify Publishmythesis.com of changes
in the Authors email and or mailing address. A faulty or wrong address can
result in forfeiting any annual royalties or revenue earned in any particular
calendar year.
